Meat processing is the preparation of meat for human consumption by slaughtering, processing, packaging, and distribution of animals such as cattle, pigs, sheep and venison.

PACKAGING, LABELING & FREEZING

All packs are professionally labeled with the animal type and type of cut. All meat is packaged and frozen immediately. Vacuum packed cuts are available upon request to ensure freshness & longevity.
